Salary: USD 160,000 - 180,000 / annual

Augury is a leading Industrial AI company that helps manufacturers leverage real-time production insights and AI agents to improve uptime, reduce costs, and maximize yield. We are seeking a strategic and execution-oriented Client Partner to own a portfolio of enterprise accounts and drive retention, expansion, and long-term customer value. You will be paired with a technical success manager and responsible for the complete customer lifecycle post-sale, including adoption, value realization, renewal execution, and expansion opportunity identification. This role requires a strong ability to connect customer outcomes to commercial impact, with experience in renewal and upsell forecasting in complex, industrial customer environments. Key responsibilities include: owning a strategic account portfolio accountable for retention, renewal, and expansion outcomes; building and maintaining accurate renewal and expansion forecasts with clear visibility into risks and opportunities; proactively identifying at-risk accounts and driving mitigation plans; developing account plans that align customer objectives with measurable value and commercial growth; identifying and progressing upsell and expansion opportunities based on customer usage and evolving needs; partnering cross-functionally with Sales, Support, Product, and Delivery teams; leading customer engagements such as QBRs and executive reviews that articulate ROI and value realized; and maintaining disciplined use of systems like Gainsight and Salesforce for data integrity and forecasting accuracy. You bring 7+ years of experience in software and/or hardware customer success or account management roles, with bonus points for digital transformation, process optimization, or manufacturing experience. You excel at building relationships and influencing executives to adopt innovative solutions while maintaining strong internal and external stakeholder relationships. You have proven expertise in digitizing processes and implementing new technologies, with technical understanding of industrial manufacturing machines. Strong analytical skills allow you to connect customer health, usage, and business outcomes to commercial results. You communicate clearly and concisely, both written and verbal, with the ability to craft compelling stories advocating for customers. Preferred time zones are Eastern US and Central US.
