Salary: USD 70,000 - 70,000 / annual
River Financial is a fast-growing fintech company building trusted financial infrastructure for bitcoin adoption. The company has raised over $50M from leading investors and publicly shares financials and proof of reserves.
As a Client Operations Associate, you will be the primary point of contact for clients, managing inquiries and feedback about River's products and services. You'll analyze trends in client activity and communications to identify operational improvements and scaling opportunities. The role requires acting as a liaison between clients and internal teams including Relationship Management, Engineering, Financial Operations, Risk Management, and Client Services.
Key responsibilities include:
- Direct client interface for questions and feedback management
- Trend analysis on client activity and inquiry patterns
- Development of operational efficiencies and process improvements
- Refinement of business rules, automations, and communication methods
- Cross-functional collaboration to enhance product and client experience
Ideal candidates are self-starters who thrive in fast-paced startup environments, communicate effectively, and demonstrate strong problem-solving skills. Customer-facing experience is preferred. Technical skills in Excel, Google Sheets, SQL, or product management are a plus but not required. The role is fully remote for West Coast candidates (PST timezone).
Compensation includes $70,000 salary, competitive equity, unlimited PTO, medical/dental/vision insurance, and 401k.
