Salary: USD 110,000 - 115,000 / annual

As a Client Onboarding & Operations Associate, you will own the end-to-end onboarding and deployment of Twin's programs for a portfolio of customers, primarily self-insured employers and Administrative Services Organizations (ASOs). You will be a key player in a small, growing team responsible for scaling Twin's onboarding process. Key responsibilities include: **Drive Client Value:** Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and executives at client organizations. Develop deep understanding of Twin's programs, onboarding processes, and clinical operations. Lead discovery sessions to understand client culture, priorities, and goals, then design tailored solutions. Provide consultative recommendations to increase member engagement and optimize client satisfaction. Perform setup, configuration, and testing of customer instances. Coordinate internal resources and third-party vendors. Train customers on Twin programs. Analyze pre- and post-launch customer data to provide actionable insights. **Deliver Project Management Excellence:** Manage multiple simultaneous projects, setting expectations and managing cross-functional teams to ensure timely execution. Lead customer meetings, manage stakeholder alignment, and handle risks and escalations. Work with technical partners on data access and eligibility file management. Prepare presentations and reports in client-consumable formats. Maintain regular communication through meetings and status reports. Build standard onboarding templates and playbooks to drive continuous improvement. **Lead Cross-functionally:** Manage client issues and escalations by mobilizing internal teams (Client Success, Clinical Delivery, Product, Engineering, etc.). Work cross-functionally to ensure client and market feedback drives internal improvements. Partner with Client Marketing on pre-launch member promotional strategies. Serve as internal SME and point person for onboarding consistency. You should be a self-starter energized by customer relationships, highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable navigating ambiguity in a fast-paced environment. Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential, as is the ability to manage conflicting priorities and work under time constraints. **Requirements:** - 2–5 years of onboarding and customer-facing experience - 2–5 years of health tech client onboarding and project management experience - Experience with health benefits, health and wellness, health plans, or health systems - Ability to communicate and work across client organizations with both senior executives and execution teams - Exceptionally strong project management skills with demonstrated organizational ability, high attention to detail, and ability to balance planning with timely execution - Ability to manage conflicting priorities and thrive in fast-paced, time-constrained environments - Proficiency with Google applications and project management tools (InspirePlanner, Monday.com, MS Project) - Experience working with technical/data partners on data exchange, file specifications, encryption, transmission, and testing
