Sage Health is building software to improve care and emergency response for older adults in senior living communities, addressing the leading cause of injury-related deaths among adults over 65. As a Client Implementation Specialist, you will own the end-to-end onboarding and deployment of Sage's platform at new senior living communities. This is a heavily client-facing, travel-intensive role. You will travel an average of 15 days per month (Monday–Friday only, no weekends) to conduct on-site training, manage go-live events, and provide ongoing support. The role requires managing multiple concurrent implementation projects with different timelines and stakeholder needs. Key responsibilities include: - Onboarding new clients and communicating Sage's value proposition - Managing multiple simultaneous implementation projects with distinct timelines and community-specific requirements - Building relationships with key stakeholders and identifying Sage advocates within each community - Leading in-person and remote training sessions (group and 1:1) for staff and management, tailored to varying technical comfort levels - Coordinating device distribution, setup, and QA at each community - Supporting technical teammates with infrastructure setup and testing - Providing ongoing troubleshooting and support for Sage users - Testing and troubleshooting new features ahead of community rollouts Success requires being highly organized with strong project management skills, a self-starter comfortable working autonomously, excellent people skills and ability to build trust quickly, strong training and presentation experience (especially with mixed technical audiences), clear communication across technical and non-technical stakeholders, and resourcefulness in problem-solving. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required. Prior customer support in tech and healthcare/healthtech experience preferred.
