Conveo is an AI research platform enabling fast, affordable, and high-quality consumer and B2B research. Global brands like Unilever, Google, and P&G use the AI video interviewer to generate insights across marketing and product teams.
You will be the face of Conveo to enterprise clients, owning the full client lifecycle from onboarding through expansion. This is a growth-driver role, not reactive support. Your mission is to make clients wildly successful by enabling them to become power users and champions of the platform.
Key responsibilities:
- Own a portfolio of enterprise accounts from onboarding through expansion
- Run world-class onboarding including use case mapping, stakeholder training, and first-project coaching
- Drive adoption across client organizations by activating individual users and creating internal champions
- Build deep relationships with senior stakeholders at VP/SVP level
- Travel to clients regularly to build trust in-person
- Generate advocacy through testimonials, references, and peer introductions
- Partner with sales to identify and drive expansion opportunities within accounts

REQUIREMENTS:
- 1–5 years of experience in consulting, SaaS customer success, account management, or similar client-facing role
- Outgoing and energetic; thrive in front of clients and build trust quickly
- Think in business outcomes, not feature checklists
- Intense drive and genuine care about making clients successful
- Research experience is a plus but not required
- Willingness to travel to clients regularly (relationship-first role)
