As a Client Account Executive, Commercial, you will manage a portfolio of existing Dialpad customers while driving year-over-year revenue growth. You will serve as a consultant to clients, demonstrating the value of additional Dialpad product suite offerings. Your responsibilities include developing and executing a sales strategy for your book of business, meeting or exceeding sales and revenue goals, managing overall customer relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Key responsibilities: - Own the sales process end-to-end for a portfolio of customers - Work closely with Sales Managers, Sales Engineers, Customer Success, Professional Services, Marketing, and partners to grow the existing customer base - Create account plans to achieve quarterly goals - Cultivate relationships with customers to understand their strategy and expansion plans - Work leads and generate pipeline - Achieve or exceed quarterly revenue goals - Serve as a Dialpad expert and trusted advisor to customers - Identify customers for the Customer Advisory Board and Executive Sponsor Program This position reports to the Sales Manager and is based in the Austin, Texas office with a hybrid schedule. **Requirements:** - 1–3 years of sales experience in a dynamic environment - Proven success in meeting and exceeding revenue targets with either New Business or Account Management background - Ability to communicate, present, and influence key stakeholders and decision-makers - Experience providing timely and accurate forecasts to sales leadership - Excellent time management and organizational skills with ability to track numerous details - Willingness to travel to customer locations or events as needed - SaaS sales background strongly preferred; bonus points for UCaaS/CCaaS experience - Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and GSuite tools (Google Sheets) - Curiosity: ability to understand customers' business, internal teams, and processes - Closing mindset: ability to ask closing questions early and often - Strategic thinking: ability to analyze account portfolios and develop sales strategies for product expansion - High energy: ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-velocity sales environment
