CCP Games (Fenris Creations) is seeking a Cinematic Artist to join the Cinematics team in Reykjavik, Iceland. This is a permanent, full-time hybrid role reporting to Greg Kruk. You will be responsible for creating trailers and promotional video content across the company's portfolio of games. Your core responsibilities include end-to-end content creation for game trailers and video ads using in-game capture techniques, real-time engines (including UE5), and compositing tools. You will collaborate with team leads during pre-production to develop story treatments and narrative scripts, then own the shot pipeline from rough blocking through final delivery, including animation, compositing, and rendering. You'll also support various internal video production needs and manage deadlines while maintaining creative excellence. The ideal candidate has a comprehensive grasp of film language, pacing, and visual storytelling, combined with a solid foundation in 3D animation principles. You should demonstrate excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a collaborative problem-solving mindset. Proven experience translating scripts and storyboards into polished final video assets is essential. You should be willing to take on diverse tasks spanning in-game capture, editing, and cinematic shot creation in real-time engines.
