Flatfair is seeking its first Chief Revenue Officer to lead the next phase of commercial expansion. As a senior executive in a 45-person company, you'll own the complete growth agenda, shape the revenue engine, and work alongside the executive team to drive sustained performance.
You'll lead a commercial team of eight spanning Sales, Partnerships, Marketing, Commercial Growth, and Commercial Operations. The role is hands-on: you'll develop and execute commercial strategy across new and existing revenue streams, build a stronger pipeline, and convert high-value opportunities. You'll design initiatives to accelerate partner activation, increase product penetration, and drive tenant take-up.
The core commercial challenge is partner-led revenue generation. Signing a partner doesn't automatically generate revenue—success depends on activating partners, increasing eligible unit coverage, and converting landlord and tenant demand. You'll own performance across the full commercial funnel from acquisition through adoption.
Key responsibilities include aligning Sales, Partnerships, Marketing, and Operations behind clear priorities; testing and scaling products and routes to market; building a high-performing commercial function with the right people, tools, and systems; establishing reliable planning and forecasting routines; and leading strategically important partner relationships.
You'll operate in a lean, commercially established environment without multiple management layers or large support functions. Success requires turning strategy into clear execution plans, developing functional leaders, identifying capability gaps, knowing when to lead through others versus stepping into delivery, and building trust across customers, colleagues, and the executive team.
Ideal candidates have delivered material B2B revenue growth in scaling businesses, won complex high-value opportunities, led across multiple commercial areas (Sales, Partnerships, Marketing), built effective commercial plans and forecasting routines, improved team capability and accountability, and operated successfully in lean environments. Experience with partner-led, channel-led, or B2B2C models is particularly valuable. Background in PropTech, FinTech, InsurTech, SaaS, or complex B2B environments is relevant.
Location is hybrid, UK-based, with attendance at the London office every other Thursday and regular travel as required.
