As Chief Product & Technology Officer, you own Product and Engineering together in a product-led role reporting directly to the CEO. You sit on the leadership team alongside the COO and head of Sales. The role centers on product vision and roadmap execution, with technology leadership as a core pillar—not a product role with engineering bolted on.
You will own: product vision, roadmap, and prioritization end-to-end; the engineering organization (structure, delivery, quality, growth) through existing team leads; alignment of product with go-to-market strategy and sales to eliminate ad hoc development; technical strategy and architecture to keep the platform coherent, scalable, and secure; predictable delivery of the roadmap; and a deliberate, business-model-driven approach to AI in both the product and how the team builds.
The team you lead includes six existing teams: Product Design & Analysis, Main Product Development, Mobile App and AI Features Development, Architecture and Integrations, Quality Assurance, and Technical Operations. You inherit capable engineering leadership and strong product domain expertise; your focus is direction and leadership.
In your first twelve months, you will establish a product vision and roadmap the company understands and executes against; shift from reactive, request-driven development to proactive, roadmap-driven delivery; visibly align product, ICP, and go-to-market strategy to reduce ad hoc work; create a credible plan to scale product architecture; establish engineering delivery at a predictable pace with clear standards; and execute at least one meaningful AI initiative with a business model attached.
