ICEYE is the world leader in sovereign intelligence from space, operating the world's largest and most advanced SAR (synthetic aperture radar) satellite constellation. This Chief of Staff role reports directly to the CEO of ICEYE's UAE operations and serves as a trusted advisor and force multiplier in a fast-scaling, sovereign-sensitive environment.
You will sit at the intersection of strategy, operations, stakeholder management, and executive communications. Key responsibilities include translating strategic and business priorities into actionable plans and tracking execution against milestones; running the operating rhythm for the UAE team through agenda-setting, decision tracking, and follow-through; leading special projects and cross-functional initiatives from scoping through delivery; preparing briefing materials, board updates, and presentations for internal leadership and government stakeholders; acting as a gatekeeper for the CEO's time and priorities; supporting engagement with UAE government entities, sovereign customers, and strategic partners; and owning regional reporting cadences (KPIs, OKRs, business reviews) while driving operational improvements.
Required qualifications include 7+ years in strategy consulting, investment banking, Chief of Staff roles, or senior operational roles in fast-scaling companies; demonstrated experience working with senior government, defense, or sovereign wealth stakeholders in the UAE or GCC; strong cross-functional program management and executive communication skills; exceptional written and verbal English proficiency; comfort operating with high autonomy and discretion including sensitive information; bachelor's degree; and willingness to travel regionally and internationally.
Nice-to-have qualifications include Arabic language proficiency, prior exposure to space/satellite/aerospace/defense sectors, experience supporting regional offices of global technology or industrial companies, MBA or equivalent advanced degree, a builder's mindset comfortable with ambiguity, and sound judgment in politically and commercially sensitive contexts.
