As Chief of Staff to the CRO, you will serve as the CRO's strategic extension across the Revenue organization. This is a hands-on role focused on operational excellence and execution. You will run the CRO's weekly operating cadence, tracking commitments and deliverables across the Revenue leadership team and ensuring nothing falls through the cracks. You will own the Revenue OKR process end-to-end—planning, tracking, and execution across every Revenue team—and report progress to the CRO and executive team. You will act as the CRO's extension in tracking Revenue projects and KPIs, surfacing risks early and staying on them until resolved.
Additional responsibilities include coordinating budget and headcount requests for the Revenue organization from business case through Finance and People approval, leading cross-functional projects on the CRO's behalf (coordinating with Product, Marketing, Finance, People, and Legal), and working directly with the CRO on high-visibility business initiatives. This role requires strong project management, the ability to chase deliverables, build trackers, prepare decks, and follow threads until closure.
You will be based in the New York City office (Financial District) and must be willing to work in-office 3 days per week on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday.
