Wiz, one of the fastest-growing software companies ever and now powered by Google, is seeking a Chief of Staff for Security Customer Engineering. This role sits in the office of the Managing Director of Global Security Customer Engineering and will support the leadership team in shaping, driving, and monitoring initiatives aligned to key business outcomes.
You will partner with the Global Security Customer Engineering Lead and their directors to develop and cascade high-impact programs that advance executive priorities. Responsibilities include managing business cadence agendas, developing communications plans and content, preparing internal and external meeting briefings, driving culture and recognition initiatives, and executing strategic programs.
This is a high-visibility, highly collaborative role requiring cross-functional partnership with GTM leadership, executive offices, Strategy & Operations, Marketing, People Operations, and Communications. You will manage multiple concurrent initiatives with strong attention to detail, thrive in fast-paced environments, and translate ambiguous problem statements into clear workstreams and programs.
Key responsibilities include managing and facilitating executive cadences (leadership staff calls, operating cadences), developing strategic communications for executive audiences, building stakeholder relationships across global teams, and driving program execution with accountability and precision.
The ideal candidate brings 15+ years of program or project management experience, with demonstrated success in field or go-to-market organizations. You should have exceptional executive communication skills, outstanding ability to navigate ambiguity, and proven experience building strong relationships across global organizations. A Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience is required.
