Trulioo, a global leader in digital identity verification serving 195 countries, is seeking a Chief of Staff to serve as a trusted advisor and operational leader to the CEO and executive team. This is a critical leadership role driving strategic alignment, operational execution, and organizational effectiveness at the highest levels.
You will own the executive operating rhythm, including board meetings, business reviews, and offsites with full accountability for agendas, pre-reads, decisions, and follow-through. You'll run the OKR process end-to-end, providing honest assessment of business performance to leadership. Key responsibilities include preparing the CEO for high-stakes moments through board materials and executive presentations, identifying and leading cross-functional initiatives that fall between traditional ownership, and extending the CEO's reach through communications and strategic representation.
A defining aspect of this role is AI fluency: you will be the executive team's go-to person for identifying where AI tools can remove friction and accelerate decisions. You'll champion AI adoption across the organization, acting as internal evangelist, identifying high-value use cases, vetting tools, and helping executives build AI-augmented workflows.
You'll serve as a candid thought partner, helping the CEO prioritize and pressure-test decisions. The role requires exceptional judgment, discretion, communication, and project management capabilities paired with strategic thinking, execution excellence, and operational rigor.
