Anduril Industries is seeking an Associate Program Director for its Connected Warfare division to lead strategic engagement with U.S. Marine Corps (USMC) programs and drive rapid fielding of advanced command-and-control (C4I) technologies. This role bridges technical innovation and military operational requirements, requiring deep expertise in defense acquisition, Marine Corps doctrine, and complex systems integration.
You will own senior leader engagement within key USMC programs, translating emerging technologies into compelling operational outcomes. Key responsibilities include: driving product strategy for USMC Command and Control initiatives based on operational impact and technical feasibility; engaging with acquisition stakeholders (PAEs, program offices, operational units) to identify opportunities and shape requirements; coordinating across Anduril business lines to deliver unified solutions; translating operational concepts into actionable technical requirements for engineering teams; and developing training materials and operational playbooks for end-user adoption.
The role requires 12–15+ years managing complex technical programs in defense or national security contexts, with strong understanding of Marine Corps C2 systems, Integrated Fires, or related warfighting functions. You must demonstrate exceptional ability to lead cross-functional teams in ambiguous environments, solve unstructured technical problems at the hardware-software-networking interface, and communicate fluently between technical and operational communities. Prior business development or customer engagement experience with Department of War stakeholders is essential. An active Secret clearance and eligibility for TS/SCI are required. The position involves up to 50% travel, including field work with operational military units. Preferred qualifications include USMC experience, War College attendance, JADC2 initiative exposure, and software/systems engineering background.
