Trulioo, a global leader in digital identity verification serving 195 countries, is seeking a Chief of Staff to serve as a trusted strategic advisor and operational leader to the CEO and executive team. This is a critical leadership role focused on driving strategic alignment, operational execution, and organizational effectiveness across the company.
You will own the executive operating rhythm, including all C-suite meetings, business reviews, board meetings, and offsites—managing agendas, pre-reads, decisions, and follow-through to ensure clarity and accountability. You'll run the OKR goal-setting process end-to-end, providing honest assessment of business performance and progress. Your responsibilities include preparing the CEO for high-stakes moments through board materials, executive presentations, and strategic briefings for critical internal and external engagements.
A key part of this role is identifying and leading cross-functional initiatives that fall between traditional ownership—typically two to three running simultaneously. You'll champion AI adoption across the executive team, serving as the internal evangelist for practical AI tools and use cases, vetting new solutions, and helping executives build AI-augmented workflows into their daily operations.
You'll extend the CEO's reach by shaping communications for town halls, company updates, and speaking engagements, and stand in for the CEO where appropriate. As a candid thought partner, you'll help prioritize decisions and pressure-test strategic thinking.
