ElevenLabs is seeking a Chief of Staff for its India operations. This is a high-impact, strategic role supporting the India General Manager as the company scales its largest APJ market. You'll serve as the operational backbone and strategic partner, combining sharp strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
Key responsibilities include acting as a strategic thought partner to the GM—pressure-testing plans and identifying growth opportunities across new segments, channels, and motions. You'll scope and build cases for new growth bets, bringing an outside-in perspective on where India's go-to-market strategy is under-indexed. You'll own end-to-end execution of key growth initiatives, driving them from planning through measurable outcomes rather than just tracking status.
You'll serve as connective tissue across Legal, Marketing, and Product on India-specific initiatives, track critical KPIs and OKRs, and identify operational problems before they escalate. The role emphasizes using AI tools to automate and multiply your own impact, handling sensitive matters with discretion, and acting as a trusted partner across the organization.

The ideal candidate has low ego, high ownership, and genuine commercial instincts. You should have a track record of owning growth initiatives end-to-end and landing measurable results. Prior experience in consulting, strategy & ops, or high-growth startup GTM environments is expected. You're comfortable with ambiguity, passionate about AI, and excited to be at the center of a category-defining company.
