GitGuardian is a global cybersecurity scale-up based in Paris, New York City, and Boston. The company helps enterprises close credential-based breach paths by finding secrets wherever they live, prioritizing remediation based on rich context, and preventing new exposure across code, systems, and AI. With 600K+ developers using the platform and 50 Fortune 500 companies as customers, GitGuardian recently raised Series C funding in early 2026. As Chief of Staff of GTM Initiatives, you will build a scalable operating model that improves the consistency and quality of GitGuardian's go-to-market execution. You'll serve as the connective bridge between Sales, Marketing, Product Marketing, Product, Customer Success, and Executive Leadership, ensuring the field organization has a clear, differentiated story and the tools to execute at a high level. You'll report to the VP GTM Americas and lead a growing team, starting with a Sales Enablement Manager and a GTM Programs Manager. Key responsibilities include owning GitGuardian's commercial narrative and customer-facing positioning (corporate pitch decks, executive presentations, industry-specific narratives, sales presentations). You'll lead product launch messaging, competitive positioning, and battlecards; develop sales plays, talk tracks, and executive briefing materials; and build customer success storytelling that reinforces value proposition in the field. You'll own new hire onboarding, sales certification, and manager enablement programs; drive ongoing sales training, methodology adoption, and playbook development; lead quarterly enablement planning and product launch readiness; and manage content adoption across the field organization. Additionally, you'll own customer-facing programs that strengthen market presence and pipeline, lead customer advocacy initiatives and sales kickoff content, drive sales and marketing alignment, and lead high-priority strategic GTM projects including support tier design, product-led growth routing strategy, partner program economics, commercial packaging recommendations, and territory/coverage initiatives. You should have experience operating across multiple GTM disciplines (sales enablement, product marketing, GTM programs, strategic initiatives), a track record building executive-level customer presentations and positioning, and experience creating and scaling enablement programs. Strong executive presence in written communication, storytelling, and presentation quality is essential. Prior experience in customer success or as a sales representative is a plus.
