As Chief of Staff for GTM China, you will serve as the strategic right hand to the SVP, China GTM and General Manager, Greater China. This is a high-visibility operational leadership role that drives alignment, execution, and excellence across the China go-to-market organization.
Key responsibilities include:
- Planning and facilitating leadership meetings, business reviews, town halls, and offsites for senior China GTM leadership
- Preparing high-impact executive materials and communications
- Driving cross-functional collaboration and identifying process improvements
- Leading high-priority China GTM initiatives and projects from conception through implementation
- Serving as the central integrator connecting siloed workstreams and ensuring regional collaboration
- Analyzing organizational effectiveness and recommending innovations
- Acting as the primary point of contact between China GTM and key business stakeholders
- Consulting on major business and organizational decisions
- Traveling with senior leadership to key meetings as needed
