Salary: GBP 90,000 - 120,000 / annual

Monzo is seeking a Chief of Staff to support the Group CFO and the Finance collective of 250+ individuals. This is a strategic operational role that bridges leadership alignment, initiative execution, and cross-functional collaboration. Key Responsibilities: - Oversee strategic initiatives to ensure they remain on track and aligned with leadership priorities - Create data-driven presentations and reports for internal stakeholders (Board, Executive team) and external partners (investors) - Own implementation of key projects, collaborating with senior leaders to maintain momentum and accountability - Balance hands-on execution with strategic thinking to align cross-functional teams with the CFO's vision - Support the CFO in running leadership team meetings and preparing materials - Build relationships across the company and coordinate with the CEO's Chief of Staff, CFO's EA, and Finance Senior Leadership to ensure alignment on key initiatives - Formulate and execute strategic projects - Organize team engagement initiatives including All Hands meetings and offsites - Prepare the CFO for stakeholder meetings - Draft and communicate major updates Ideal Background: - Experience in consulting, investment banking, or high-growth tech - Proven ability to drive outcomes through influence, consensus-building, and stakeholder management - Strong financial analysis and analytical tool skills - Excellent communicator with ability to deliver clear feedback and align teams - Organized, proactive problem-solver who thrives in dynamic, fast-paced environments Monzo is a fintech company on a mission to make money work for everyone.
