Voyager Technologies is seeking a Chief of Staff to the CEO to serve as the operational foundation of the executive office. This is a strategic leadership role supporting the CEO and executive team at a space, defense, and national security technology company. Key responsibilities include: • Act as the CEO's primary strategic partner, challenging assumptions and providing candid counsel on organizational design, market positioning, and capital allocation decisions. • Lead the executive team's operating rhythm by architecting agendas, driving meetings, capturing decisions, assigning ownership, and tracking commitments to closure. • Build organizational infrastructure including meeting frameworks, decision templates, reporting cadences, strategic planning tools, and accountability systems. • Engage directly with M&A targets and strategic partners on behalf of the CEO, building relationships, conducting preliminary assessments, and contributing to deal evaluation. • Drive cross-functional execution on enterprise initiatives across engineering, operations, business development, talent, finance, and compliance. • Maintain a strategic KPI dashboard providing real-time visibility into enterprise health across all business units. • Lead special projects including acquisition integration, organizational restructuring, and new-site stand-up. • Exercise highest standards of discretion and confidentiality in matters involving personnel decisions, M&A activity, and sensitive programs. Required qualifications: Master's degree (MBA, MS Engineering, MPA, or equivalent); 10+ years in strategy, operations, or consulting; 2+ years as Chief of Staff, Director of Strategy, or equivalent supporting a CEO/President/Flag Officer; direct experience in defense, national security, and/or space industries with understanding of government contracting; demonstrated experience building organizational capability in high-growth environments; public speaking and external representation experience. Preferred: technical undergraduate/graduate background; management consulting or investment banking experience in defense/aerospace; experience in energetics, space systems, hypersonics, or related domains; M&A due diligence or post-acquisition integration experience. U.S. citizenship or lawful permanent resident status required due to ITAR compliance.
