The company operates three main platforms: ElevenAgents (for deploying voice and chat agents at scale), ElevenCreative (for generating and editing speech, music, image, and video across 70+ languages), and ElevenAPI (providing access to AI audio foundational models).
As Chief of Staff for the Canada region, you will serve as the operational backbone and strategic partner to the General Manager of Canada. This is a high-trust, high-impact role combining strategic thinking with hands-on execution. You will drive revenue operations, support regional strategy, coordinate complex enterprise relationships, and ensure smooth scaling across the Canadian market.
Key responsibilities include partnering directly with the GM on commercial strategy and regional planning; owning forecasting, pipeline hygiene, performance reporting, and capacity planning for the Canadian team; supporting execution of complex, high-value deals and strategic customer relationships; joining AE interviews and customer meetings as needed; managing complex calendars and cross-team coordination; keeping the team aligned with company processes and priorities; identifying and solving operational challenges; building repeatable, scalable processes; leveraging AI tools to automate workflows; and handling sensitive matters with discretion.
You should have low ego and high ownership, be willing to take on any task, and possess strong commercial instincts. You are smart, structured, and pragmatic with exceptional communication skills. You are comfortable with customers and equally skilled in spreadsheets and Salesforce dashboards. You are highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple competing priorities. You have experience in consulting, investment banking, private banking, revenue operations, or GTM roles within high-growth startups. You are based in Toronto, fluent in English (French proficiency strongly preferred), and passionate about AI.
