As Chief of Staff, you will be a force multiplier for the CEO and leadership team, operating at the center of the company across all functions. This is a high-impact operational role for someone who thrives in early-stage environments and can take ambiguous, cross-functional problems from conception to resolution.
In your first 30 days, you'll embed with the CEO and leadership team, learn the product deeply, attend major meetings, and own the operating cadence (leadership meetings, agendas, follow-ups). By day 60, you'll take full ownership of one or two high-stakes, cross-functional problems without obvious owners and drive them to measurable outcomes. You'll also tighten planning and reporting to create crisp visibility on company metrics, OKRs, and priorities. By day 90, you'll operate as a trusted extension of the CEO—representing them in meetings, making decisions on their behalf, and running key company processes including planning, board prep, all-hands meetings, and critical hiring loops.
You are a strong business generalist with a technical bent. You don't need to write production code, but you can engage deeply with technical products, conduct substantive meetings with engineers, and reason about product-market fit. You've either founded a company, been a founding employee, or operated with high ownership in a fast-moving environment. You're exceptionally organized, a fast learner who picks up unfamiliar domains quickly, and comfortable with a broad, shifting set of responsibilities. Background in consulting, banking, or structured problem-solving is ideal. You bring high trust, high judgment, and low ego—happy to do unglamorous work and give away wins.
