Niural is seeking a Chief of Staff to partner closely with leadership in its NYC office. The role is a strategic position designed for an experienced operator with proven success scaling high-growth startups. Key responsibilities include serving as a strategic partner to C-level executives, driving key initiatives and ensuring alignment with company goals. You'll oversee cross-functional projects, coordinating with product, engineering, sales, and operations teams to deliver results. The role involves streamlining internal processes, optimizing workflows, and enhancing operational efficiency across the organization. You'll prepare and facilitate executive meetings, board presentations, and strategic planning sessions, acting as a liaison between leadership and teams to ensure clear communication and alignment on priorities. The position requires analyzing market trends, competitive landscapes, and internal data to inform strategic decisions, and driving special projects such as fundraising, partnerships, or expansion initiatives from ideation to execution. Additionally, you'll represent the CEO in internal and external meetings, building relationships with stakeholders and partners, while fostering a high-performance culture that supports team development and organizational growth. Niural is revolutionizing global workforce management with an AI-powered platform that unifies US Payroll, US PEO, Global EOR, and Global Contractor solutions across 150+ countries. The platform integrates critical business systems from HRIS to financial tools, empowering companies to operate efficiently in the modern digital economy. Ideal candidates have 5–10+ years of experience in high-growth startups with at least 2+ years in a leadership or strategic role (Chief of Staff, Operations, or Consulting). You should have proven experience scaling operations or driving strategic initiatives, strong project management skills, and exceptional analytical abilities. Familiarity with SaaS, fintech, or HR tech is a plus. A Bachelor's degree is required; an MBA or equivalent advanced degree is preferred.
