The company offers a mindful alternative to traditional alcoholic beverages, supporting a balanced and inspired lifestyle. As Chief of Staff, you will serve as a strategic advisor and operational partner to the executive team. You will coordinate cross-functional initiatives, facilitate communication, and manage key projects that drive the business forward. Key responsibilities include: - Company Operating Cadence: Design and run weekly executive forums, goal-setting sessions, and quarterly business reviews (QBRs). Drive clarity on priorities, owners, and timelines across the organization. - Cross-Functional Initiatives: Lead high-impact projects end-to-end, including new product launches, retail footprint expansion, pricing strategy, partnerships, D2C channel profitability, and overall COGS reduction. - CEO Leverage: Prioritize the CEO's time and calendar. Prepare board-ready content and ensure decisions are executed and tracked across the organization. - Fundraising Support: Work closely with the CEO to establish investor relations and provide comprehensive support throughout the fundraising process. - Talent & Communications: Support hiring across Sales, Marketing, R&D, Operations, and Finance. Steward internal and external messaging to align the organization. You will oversee internal operations, streamline workflows, support leadership in decision-making, and ensure alignment with company goals. You will represent the executive team in meetings, prepare reports, and provide organizational support as needed. Required qualifications include strong organizational and project management skills to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. You need strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, proven ability to lead cross-functional execution in dynamic and ambiguous settings, and excellent written and verbal communication skills. Leadership and team collaboration experience across all organizational levels is essential, along with proficiency in data analysis and leveraging key metrics to inform strategy. A detail-oriented mindset with experience managing complex operations is required. A Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or related field is required; an MBA or equivalent advanced degree is preferred. Experience in consumer goods or lifestyle product industries is highly desirable. You should be entrepreneurial, resourceful, and relentlessly solution-oriented.
