This Chief of Staff role is a founder's office position designed for someone who wants to experience building a company from the ground up. You will work directly with the CEO and Leadership Team, as well as investors and restaurant operators, to lead important initiatives spanning strategy, product, go-to-market, partnerships, and fundraising.
As Chief of Staff, you act as a force multiplier for the leadership team, turning ideas into execution, maintaining organizational alignment as the company scales, and addressing the company's most pressing issues in a fast-paced environment.
Key responsibilities include:
Company Strategy: Partner with leadership on defining priorities, strategic initiatives, and company planning. Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and business case development to inform growth decisions. Project manage cross-functional initiatives sourced from the CEO and customer feedback, defining scope, owners, and timelines. Create and maintain operational metrics and dashboards.
Product & GTM: Support product strategy and roadmap development. Coordinate go-to-market initiatives and customer feedback loops. Manage partnerships and integration priorities.
Fundraising & Operations: Support fundraising efforts, including investor relations and due diligence. Manage board meetings and investor communications. Optimize internal processes and cross-functional workflows.
The ideal candidate has experience in startup environments, strong project management skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to thrive in ambiguity. You should be comfortable wearing multiple hats and have a track record of driving impact across functions.
