You will have a front-row seat to building the defining AI company for American manufacturing, working in person five days a week in NYC with a founder mindset. Requirements: - 4+ years in a demanding, analytical environment (early-stage startup, consulting, investing, banking, or strategic operating role) - Exceptional judgment; ability to separate urgent noise from what actually matters - Highly organized; proven ability to drive complex, cross-functional work to completion - Analytically rigorous; comfortable with data, financials, and clear written communication - Thrive in ambiguity; move fast and take ownership without waiting for direction - Low-ego, trustworthy, willing to do whatever the company needs to win - Committed to in-person work five days a week in NYC Bonus: - Early-stage Chief of Staff, founder's associate, strategy & operations, or company-building experience - Experience supporting fundraising, board preparation, strategic finance, or investor relations - Exposure to enterprise software, AI, manufacturing, or industrial businesses - Proficiency with AI tools for research, analysis, and operational automation
