Morgan Growth Equity Partners, TIN Capital, and Sofina (€60m Series C), Eye Security serves organizations across the Netherlands, Belgium, and Germany and is scaling across Europe. As Chief of Staff, you will report directly to the CEO and partner closely with the C-team and VPs to translate company strategy into coordinated execution across the business. Your core responsibilities include: • Connect strategy to execution by building deep understanding of company strategy, communicating priorities clearly, and working with VPs to translate them into actionable team plans. • Coordinate strategic projects and initiatives by bringing structure to complex cross-functional work, clarifying ownership and next steps, and tracking delivery to completion. • Strengthen the operating rhythm by coordinating weekly and quarterly leadership routines, C-team and board meetings, and following up on decisions and actions. • Support effective OKRs by working with the CEO and VPs to clarify objectives, owners, milestones, progress reviews, and feedback loops. • Prepare performance reviews by developing clear KPI reports and quarterly review materials that help leaders understand progress, gaps, and next steps. • Surface issues and decisions by identifying roadblocks, delayed decisions, and at-risk commitments, assessing impact, and bringing the right people together to find practical solutions. • Keep leaders and stakeholders aligned by building trusted working relationships, communicating confidently with senior stakeholders, challenging constructively, and maintaining accountability while supporting collaboration. You will be based in Berlin with regular office presence and openness to travel between Berlin and The Hague. The role requires someone who can work credibly with C-level and VP groups while remaining approachable and adaptable. REQUIREMENTS: • Strong organizational and project management skills with a track record of delivering complex, cross-functional work against clear milestones and timelines. • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; ability to build trust and secure buy-in from senior leadership. • Experience coordinating leadership processes such as strategic planning, OKRs, or performance reviews. • Confidence working with KPIs and business data, turning information into clear updates and actions. • Practical, structured approach with follow-through, stakeholder alignment, and adaptability when circumstances change. • Proactive, collaborative, delivery-focused mindset with resilience and strong sense of ownership. • Professional fluency in written and spoken English; working proficiency in German or Dutch is an advantage.
