Deliverect is an API-first commerce platform serving food and retail industries, processing €13 billion in annualized GMV across 100,000+ locations in 50+ markets. The company is transitioning from land-and-expand growth to monetization and margin expansion through commerce engines, kiosks, payments, and AI products. As Chief of Staff, you will sit in the Executive Office and drive three core accountabilities: ensuring the leadership team makes decisions quickly and documents them; maintaining consistent metrics across dashboards, board packs, and financial models; and ensuring the company's top ten priorities ship on time. Your responsibilities span five key areas: **Executive & Management Operational Cadence (30%):** Coordinate and facilitate Senior Management Team meetings, establish governance frameworks, track KPIs, maintain decision and action logs, and deliver quarterly impact assessments to elevate executive operating effectiveness. **Strategic Priorities & Executive Delivery (25%):** Partner closely with the CEO to plan and execute top company priorities, preparing briefs, background research, meeting agendas, and driving execution on strategic initiatives. **OKR Delivery & Cross-Functional Alignment (15%):** Serve as organizational connective tissue, applying strong influence and emotional intelligence to help leaders collaborate, clear execution friction, chase deliverables, and unblock dependencies. You will influence without direct authority. **Executive Communications & Stakeholder Engagement (15%):** Support executive content creation (slides, documents) and messaging across the company, leadership, Board, and investors. Draft clear narratives, all-hands briefs, and structured update loops. **Captains Dashboard & Governance Support (15%):** Build and maintain the central dashboard tracking company performance and OKR progress, ensure data integrity, surface early risks and blockers, and set weekly meeting agendas. You should bring proven experience as a Chief of Staff, Business Operations leader, or Strategic Program Manager in a fast-paced B2B SaaS scale-up. You need exceptional interpersonal and negotiation skills, comfort with KPIs and BI dashboards, high autonomy, strong bias to action, and outstanding written and verbal communication in English. The role expects AI-native execution—you should build agentic workflows for reporting, briefing, research, and meeting prep, treating manual work as technical debt to automate. This is a full-time hybrid role (3 days in office, 2 days remote) with flexible scheduling. The role carries a standing expectation of US-hours coverage several days per week and approximately 20% international travel, reflecting the company's material revenue and pipeline in the Americas.
