As Chief of Staff, you'll be the operating engine supporting the CEO and leadership team. This is a high-ownership, hands-on generalist role spanning communications, project management, operations, and cross-functional coordination.
Key responsibilities include:
**Internal Communications & Alignment**: Draft and coordinate CEO and leadership communications (company updates, announcements, employee notes). Build and maintain an internal communications calendar. Partner with leaders to gather updates and translate them into clear, employee-facing messaging. Ensure communications reflect company voice and priorities.
**Town Halls & Company-Wide Meetings**: Own planning and execution of all-hands meetings, town halls, leadership updates, and Q&A sessions. Build agendas, coordinate speakers, prepare slides, manage timing, and shape narratives. Track employee questions and feedback for follow-up.
**Internal Events & Employee Moments**: Plan and execute leadership offsites, company celebrations, team-building events, onboarding moments, and employee recognition programs.
**Executive Coordination**: Manage CEO and leadership team workflows, calendars, and priorities. Support executive decision-making with research and analysis. Coordinate cross-functional workstreams that span multiple departments.
**Special Projects & Government Relations**: Drive high-priority initiatives that don't fit neatly within one function. Support government relations and regulatory engagement as needed.
You'll work closely with the CEO and cross-functionally with People, Finance, Legal, Operations, Product, and Marketing teams. This role thrives in fast-paced environments with ambiguity and offers visibility into the center of a scaling company.
