As Chief of Staff, you'll be the operating engine supporting the CEO and leadership team, driving clarity, alignment, and execution across the organization. This is a high-ownership, hands-on generalist role spanning communications, project management, operations, administration, and cross-functional coordination.
Key responsibilities include:
**Internal Communications & Alignment**: Draft and coordinate CEO and leadership communications (company updates, announcements, employee notes). Build and maintain an internal communications calendar. Partner with leaders to gather updates and translate them into clear, employee-facing messaging. Ensure communications reflect company voice and priorities.
**Town Halls & Company-Wide Meetings**: Own planning and execution of all-hands meetings, town halls, leadership updates, and Q&A sessions. Build agendas, coordinate speakers, prepare content and slides, manage timing. Work with CEO and leadership to shape narrative. Track employee questions, feedback, and follow-up items. Continuously improve meeting quality and clarity.
**Internal Events & Employee Moments**: Plan and execute leadership offsites, company celebrations, team-building events, and onboarding experiences. Coordinate employee recognition and milestone celebrations.
**Executive Coordination & Workflow**: Manage CEO and executive calendars, meeting preparation, and follow-up. Support executive decision-making with research, analysis, and documentation. Coordinate cross-functional workstreams that span multiple departments.
**Cross-Functional Collaboration**: Partner with People, Finance, Legal, Operations, Product, Marketing, and other teams. Drive priority projects that don't sit neatly within one function. Support government relations initiatives.
