Celonis, a global leader in Process Intelligence and Process Mining technology, is seeking a Chief of Staff to the SVP of Global Value Engineering. This is a strategic operational role supporting the SVP in driving execution of critical initiatives across the Value Engineering organization and go-to-market functions. You will serve as a trusted member of the VE leadership team, balancing directed work from the SVP with self-directed strategic projects. Key responsibilities include: directly supporting the SVP in defining and executing the strategic roadmap; leading urgent and high-impact projects for the SVP and broader organization; partnering on partnership and customer initiatives; supporting VE leadership governance and meeting preparation; collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders on key initiatives; managing budgets in partnership with FP&A; driving cross-functional process alignment; and communicating key messaging internally and externally. You will be a sounding board for the SVP on new ideas, support the management of VE leadership governance (including offsite planning and execution), and ensure alignment across strategic initiatives that impact the growth trajectory of the global VE organization. Required qualifications include: deep understanding of Celonis' strategy and organizational navigation; strong business and commercial acumen with finance expertise in a high-growth, scale-up environment with public company readiness ambitions; extensive project management experience leading complex projects from inception to completion; demonstrated ability to handle uncertainty, solve complex problems, and build scalable processes; proven ability to learn quickly in a fast-changing environment; experience with sensitive financial material in public company contexts; strong collaborative and communication skills; comfort interacting with Board and C-Suite; and a calm, problem-solving demeanor. Prior consulting experience is strongly preferred.
