As Chief of Staff, you will be a strategic partner to the Founders, bringing structure and turning priorities into actionable results. You'll sit at the heart of the business, keeping critical priorities on track and teams aligned.
Key responsibilities:
- Drive strategic focus by partnering with Founders and leadership to clarify priorities, shape long-term goals, and align the business
- Design the operating rhythm: own planning cycles, OKRs, business cadences, and executive meetings
- Own complex, ambiguous challenges with no clear approach and turn them into executable paths forward
- Build compelling narratives for all-hands meetings, board updates, and internal communications
- Design systems, tools, and workflows that reduce noise, speed up decisions, and keep the business focused on high-impact work
You'll have a front-row seat to how the business is built and a real hand in shaping its future. This is a high-impact, high-trust role for someone who thrives in ambiguity, with close partnership from leadership and strong team support.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Competitive base salary plus equity
- £100 monthly personal Ben Balance (increases by £50 annually up to £250)

Requirements:
- Scaled a B2B SaaS business at pace and understand what breaks at each growth stage
- Owned large projects end-to-end, running company-wide initiatives from scoping through delivery
- Direct experience working with founders in strategy, consulting, product, operations, or previous Chief of Staff role
- Experience building with AI tools (Claude, Cursor, ChatGPT) and hands-on implementation
- Owned OKRs or equivalent goal-setting processes across multiple teams
- Comfortable wearing multiple hats: strategist one week, executor the next
- Systems thinking: break complex problems apart, see connections, identify root causes
- Comfortable with ambiguity; simplify complexity and bring clarity
- Bias for action; take ownership and move fast without waiting for permission
- Influence without authority; earn trust through sharp thinking and strong relationships
- Clear, confident communication across all levels
