You'll ensure bookings data reconciles across systems (CRM and billing platforms), administer the company's expense and T&E program, and consult with sales and customer success leadership on pricing to protect margin and value. You'll complete month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close activities including income statement and balance sheet recording, journal entries, account reconciliation, cash management, and G/L analysis. You'll lead evaluation, implementation, and ongoing management of financial systems and software. As the company scales, you'll build and lead a high-performing finance and accounting function, including hiring, developing, and managing finance team members. Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
