Salary: USD 300,000 - 375,000 / annual

As Chief Financial Officer, you will lead Orchard's finance organization through its next chapter of profitable growth. Reporting directly to CEO Court Cunningham, you'll serve as a critical member of the leadership team and operating thought partner. Your primary responsibilities include managing and developing the FP&A, Strategic Finance, and Accounting teams (8 people) to deliver business insight and rigorous financial analysis. You'll build and sustain a culture of financial discipline that supports both high growth and profitability, fostering intelligent, calculated risk-taking across the organization.

Ideal candidates bring 10+ years of financial leadership experience, systems thinking with team leadership capability, an investor's mindset (ability to zoom between big picture and granular detail), and an entrepreneurial, action-oriented approach suited to fast-moving environments. Strong customer focus, intellectual curiosity, and comfort with decision-making under uncertainty are essential. M&A experience is a plus. You should be known as a passionate leader and strong communicator who gets things done.
