Zero Hash, a Series D blockchain/fintech company, is hiring a Chief Compliance Officer to lead compliance, regulatory, and licensing operations across Europe and the UK. This is a strategic C-level role responsible for building and managing the regional compliance program, overseeing the compliance team, and ensuring adherence to evolving regulatory frameworks across multiple jurisdictions. The CCO will shape compliance strategy, manage licensing applications and renewals, coordinate with regulators, and establish policies and procedures to mitigate compliance risk. The role requires deep expertise in financial services regulation, crypto/blockchain compliance, and multi-jurisdictional regulatory environments. You will report to senior leadership and work cross-functionally with legal, operations, and business development teams to embed compliance into company culture and processes.
