You will join the Partner Solutions Specialists team—composed entirely of former accountants—as a Functional Project Manager (PSS Front). This role bridges accounting expertise, project management, and client relationships. You work in tandem with a PSS Back (Partner Solutions Architect) who handles technical integration; you are the face of the project for accounting firms, framing scope, building confidence, and driving progress.
Key responsibilities include:
**Needs Analysis & Audit**: Plan and facilitate migration meetings from kickoff through retrospectives. Analyze functional requirements from field feedback and past migrations. Write documentation and user stories. Run workshops and webinars on business processes and cross-functional topics.
**Migration Project Management**: Ensure migrations follow clear, documented paths for all stakeholders. Adapt approaches while respecting existing processes for inter-team collaboration. Communicate alignment between technical solutions and business needs. Relay information to PSS Back on integration, debugging, and control.
**Configuration & Testing**: Contribute to Pennylane configuration to match client accounting processes. Participate in functional testing to validate solutions against requirements before migration.
**Post-Migration Support**: Collaborate with PSS Back on debugging and resolving business issues. Conduct intermediate and final functional tests. Contribute to post-migration reports and improvement recommendations.
**Process Optimization**: Identify and prioritize automation and optimization needs. Implement via documentation, feedback, and concrete proposals. Track satisfaction post-launch.
**Continuous Improvement**: Monitor product and accounting trends. Propose enhancements, flag gaps or issues. Transform needs into actionable solutions internally and externally.
**Collaboration**: Understand PSS Back tasks and intervene on production as needed.
Required: Accounting background (IUT GEA, BTS CGO, DCG, DSCG, Master CCA). Experience in an accounting firm, ideally with prior migrations. Strong oral and written communication. Customer-focused mindset. Ability to work autonomously and in teams with flexibility for rapid product changes. Continuous learning orientation. Minimum A2 English.
