Salary: CAD 55,000 - 64,000 / annual

AppDirect is a subscription platform that enables organizations worldwide to sell any product as a service across any channel and device, powering millions of subscriptions globally. You will join as an Associate Project Manager, supporting project delivery in a technology-driven environment. On large-scale initiatives, you will assist senior project managers with resource coordination, scheduling, meetings, and information management. On smaller projects, you will assume full project manager responsibility. Key Responsibilities: - Track and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, and expenses to ensure AppDirect meets its enterprise and platform commitments. - Own end-to-end coordination for small initiatives and provide support to lead project managers on complex, high-visibility projects. - Organize and participate in stakeholder meetings; prepare meeting notes and action item lists; follow up to ensure accountability. - Prepare and maintain presentation materials, project timelines, and progress reports to keep all stakeholders aligned. - Coordinate change management and risk management activities, escalating issues to the lead project manager as needed. - Contribute to quality assurance activities to ensure projects meet established frameworks and documentation standards. You are ambitious, passionate about technology, and bring a consultative approach with excellent communication skills. You thrive in complex, virtual environments, bringing clarity and structure. You don't just execute tasks—you ask critical questions, solve problems proactively, and continuously seek improvement. Requirements: - 1–2 years of experience in project coordination or project management in a technology or professional services environment. - Affinity for technology and comfort with IT tools. - Excellent written and oral communication skills in English to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders. - Structured approach with proven ability to bring organization, clarity, and structure to complex or virtual environments. - Critical thinking skills to proactively assess project risks, solve problems, and optimize workflows. - Knowledge of project management tools (e.g., Jira or equivalent). - PMI certification (CAPM or PMP) is a plus.
