Semperis is seeking a Channel Senior Solutions Architect based in the Chicago area to serve as a key technical resource supporting the partner channel ecosystem in North America. This role bridges vendor and partner organizations, driving adoption of Semperis cybersecurity and identity solutions through strategic channel partners including CDW, Guidepoint, WWT, Ahead, Alchemy, and Trace3.
You will own multiple responsibilities: proactively expand relationships with channel partners and identify new opportunities; lead technical enablement through multi-day training, hands-on labs, and lunch-and-learn sessions; drive adoption by integrating Semperis solutions into partner product stacks and supporting proof-of-concept deployments; represent Semperis as a technical ambassador at trade shows and partner summits; collaborate internally to develop enablement materials and refine channel strategy; and serve as a technical evangelist ensuring Semperis is included in partner offerings.
You'll support channel sales efforts by assisting with technical qualification, discovery calls, requirements gathering, and solution design. You'll demonstrate the full product portfolio, respond rapidly to partner inquiries and RFPs, and ensure successful POC and pilot outcomes.
Required qualifications include 5–10 years in enterprise IT or enterprise software; deep working knowledge of Active Directory (administered/architected environments of 10,000+ users); awareness of identity and access management and infosec product landscapes; experience doing customer demos and building technical proofs of concept; ability to communicate value to both business and technical stakeholders; and a bachelor's degree in CS, Economics, Engineering, or related technical field (or equivalent experience). Knowledge of Entra ID and Okta is a bonus. Preferred qualifications include infosec or IAM experience and public speaking/event representation experience. Travel up to 50% for partner meetings and events is expected. The role operates on a hybrid model (up to 3 days/week in office).
