Artemis is building AI-driven defense technology to help organizations detect and defend against AI-powered cyber threats. As Artemis's first EMEA Channel Sales Manager, you will own building the indirect go-to-market motion across the UK and Europe. This is a foundational role with significant autonomy to shape channel strategy from the ground up. Key responsibilities include: - Identifying, recruiting, and enabling strategic channel partners (Distributors, Value Added Resellers, MSSPs, and GSIs) across the UK and Europe - Developing partnership agreements, pricing structures, and incentive programs - Onboarding partners and delivering enablement (product training, positioning, sales tools, technical certification) - Building partner success playbooks and best practices - Conducting regular business reviews to monitor pipeline, revenue, and performance - Supporting partner sales teams on complex deals, including technical guidance and customer introductions - Co-marketing with partners through webinars, events, case studies, and campaigns - Managing partner portals, training materials, and go-to-market resources - Building forecasting models for partner-sourced revenue and pipeline - Identifying coverage gaps and recruiting partners to fill them - Collaborating with Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams - Hitting revenue targets tied to partner-sourced deals and pipeline This role is critical to scaling beyond direct sales and requires someone who can build processes and relationships from scratch while maintaining flexibility and responsiveness to partner needs. Requirements: - 5+ years in channel sales, partner sales, or indirect go-to-market roles in B2B technology or cybersecurity - Proven track record building channel programs from scratch or scaling existing programs - Strong understanding of partner types (Distributors, Value Added Resellers, MSSPs, GSIs) and how to recruit, enable, and manage them - Experience managing multiple partners simultaneously and hitting revenue targets - Deep network in the UK/European cybersecurity or enterprise technology space (or demonstrated ability to build one quickly) - Comfortable negotiating partnerships, pricing, and incentive structures - Strong presentation and communication skills for partner training and leadership presentations - Project management skills to own multiple workstreams and timelines - CRM and sales ops experience (Salesforce, Pipedrive, or similar) - Ability to balance structure with flexibility in partner management - Comfort with ambiguity and building processes from scratch Nice to have: - Prior channel/partner experience - Cybersecurity or security product expertise - Experience building Marketing Development Funds (MDF) or partner incentive programs - Regional presence and relationships in UK/Europe - Experience at early-stage SaaS companies scaling go-to-market
