Distro is seeking a Channel Partner Marketing Manager to drive growth and activation of its partner ecosystem. This role develops and executes partner marketing programs that generate awareness, engagement, demand, and revenue through channel and indirect sales relationships.
You will own the full lifecycle of partner marketing: developing channel partner marketing strategies that support recruitment, onboarding, enablement, and joint demand generation. You'll create and manage co-branded campaigns, partner toolkits, sales enablement materials, newsletters, presentations, and partner-facing communications. Close collaboration with Partnerships, Sales, Product Marketing, Demand Generation, Marketing Operations, Creative, and Web teams ensures alignment with business goals and go-to-market priorities.
Key responsibilities include understanding partner needs and identifying marketing opportunities to help partners promote solutions effectively. You'll support partner launches, marketplace campaigns, webinars, sales sequences, and partner-hosted initiatives. You'll develop and maintain scalable partner onboarding, training, and go-to-market resources that help partners understand messaging and available support. You'll ensure all partner-facing collateral is accurate, on-brand, and aligned with approved messaging.
Project management is central to the role: managing intake, timelines, approvals, asset updates, and campaign execution across multiple initiatives. You'll track, measure, and report on partner campaign performance, co-marketing program results, engagement efforts, and pipeline influence. Using campaign data, partner feedback, and performance insights, you'll optimize programs, improve engagement, and identify scaling opportunities. You'll stay current on partner marketing, channel marketing, B2B SaaS, HR technology, and demand generation best practices, and support special projects and events as needed.

• Strong understanding of partner ecosystems, co-marketing programs, indirect sales models, and partner enablement
• Experience creating partner-facing assets: campaign kits, sales enablement materials, newsletters, presentations, webinars, collateral, and go-to-market resources
• Strong project management skills managing multiple priorities, stakeholders, timelines, and deliverables in fast-paced environments
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to translate business priorities into clear, compelling partner marketing materials
• Analytical mindset with ability to evaluate campaign performance, interpret data, and recommend improvements
• Experience with CRM, marketing automation, project management, and reporting tools preferred (Salesforce, HubSpot, Wrike, Seismic, or similar)
