Carbon Health, a physician-founded healthcare organization, is seeking a Center Manager to oversee daily operations of a healthcare facility in Campbell, CA. In this role, you will manage all operational policies and procedures, center financials, patient experience, and community outreach with an owner's mindset to ensure profitability and quality care delivery.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing facility operations and ensuring compliance with organizational policies
- Overseeing center financials and driving profitability
- Enhancing patient experience and managing community relationships
- Collaborating with medical directors, center managers, and external partners
- Eliminating obstacles that affect organizational performance
- Negotiating skillfully in challenging situations and addressing differences constructively
- Establishing clear accountability, responsibilities, and processes for measuring results
- Coaching and mentoring team members through ambiguous situations
- Providing real-time coaching and developing key talent for current and future roles
You will work in a dynamic healthcare environment where clinical teams, engineers, and designers collaborate to deliver innovative solutions, including Carbon Health's custom EHR and hands-free AI charting tools.
Required qualifications:
- 1+ year of healthcare leadership experience and/or combination of healthcare experience and education
- Active listening skills and ability to build trusting relationships at all organizational levels
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, time management, planning, organizational, analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
- Willingness to work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Intrinsic motivation, challenge-driven mindset, and genuine care for employees and patients
