H is building agentic AI to automate complex, multi-step tasks and unlock human potential. The Catalyst role is an exceptional opportunity for an entrepreneurial operator to work directly with leadership on high-priority strategic and operational projects.
You will own projects from inception to delivery, including product launches, enterprise deployments, GTM initiatives, partnerships, and new business opportunities. Your core responsibility is turning ambiguity into clear action: structuring complex problems, gathering signal, defining priorities, preparing recommendations, and aligning stakeholders around the right path forward.
This is a hands-on execution role. You will drive progress by removing bottlenecks, coordinating across product, engineering, research, GTM, and operations teams, and personally doing whatever is needed to move critical initiatives forward. Within your first months, you will take ownership of several high-impact topics with limited guidance, help leadership make faster and better decisions, unblock complex cross-functional work, and raise the company's operating level through clarity, pace, and accountability.
Ideal candidates have a track record in demanding environments: venture capital, top-tier strategy consulting, Chief of Staff roles, fast-growing startups, founder/operator experience, product strategy, or business operations. You need exceptional ownership, autonomy, and execution speed—the ability to operate without a playbook, make progress with incomplete information, and consistently deliver high-quality outcomes. Strong analytical and interpersonal skills are essential: you can break down complex topics, communicate clearly, influence senior stakeholders, and build trust across technical and business teams.
You are likely a fit if you are a former founder, VC professional, Chief of Staff, strategy consultant, or high-performing startup operator. You are the person founders and executives call when something is important, messy, and urgent. You are intellectually sharp, deeply proactive, hands-on, and energized by speed, ambiguity, and high expectations.
The role is hybrid, based in Paris (with London flexibility mentioned), requiring approximately 3 days per week in the office. You will join a fun, dynamic, multicultural team working alongside world-class AI talent in a highly collaborative environment.
