DTX Pharma, a Novartis Company, is seeking a Territory Account Specialist to serve as the primary point of contact for key healthcare accounts in the Dallas, TX-South territory. This is a field-based hybrid role requiring 60-80% travel across a broad geography within the assigned territory. In this role, you will lead with purpose by crafting personalized experiences that reflect the unique needs of each account and healthcare provider (HCP). You'll build meaningful connections, identify shared priorities, and navigate solutions that link customers to Novartis resources—all with the goal of improving patient outcomes. Key responsibilities include: - Navigating and resolving account challenges with tailored, effective solutions - Building a strategic territory plan by aligning shared priorities and applying insights that drive product demand and support better patient outcomes - Partnering proactively with territory teammates, field teams, and home-office colleagues to address customer needs and deliver access support - Applying deep market knowledge, competitive landscape insights, and cross-functional dynamics to anticipate opportunities and respond with agility - Using territory data and market trends to uncover local insights, support pull-through efforts, and lead impactful customer engagements—virtually or in person - Facilitating planning sessions with key stakeholders to solve complex challenges - Delivering real-time access support and working closely with Patient Specialty Services (PSS) to ensure seamless customer experience - Harnessing digital tools and omni-channel strategies to personalize outreach and engage customers across virtual and face-to-face settings You'll bring expertise in clinical and account-based selling, access navigation, collaborative problem-solving, team orchestration, and omni-channel engagement. Success requires balancing demand generation with strategic account engagement. Required qualifications: - Bachelor's degree from a 4-year college or university - 2+ years of experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, healthcare, medical device, diagnostics, life sciences services, insurance, consumer health, or B2B sectors with similar sales complexity - Proven track record of consistent high performance in large account and key customer selling - Self-starter with strong analytic abilities to seek out, prioritize, and apply relevant information - Demonstrated ethical leadership and ability to foster an environment promoting ethical behavior and compliance - Must reside within the territory or within 50 miles of the territory border - Valid driver's license required; driving is an essential function of this role - Ability to travel 60-80% with capability to drive and/or fly within the territory Desirable qualifications include experience across therapeutic groups, disease states, account management strategy, new product launches, patient services, market access, buy-and-bill models, specialty pharmacy, reimbursement, and medical calling on HCPs with sophisticated product or reimbursement pathways. The position will be filled at a level commensurate with experience (Associate, Mid-Level, Senior, or Executive Territory Account Specialist).
