Bump is seeking an ambitious Content Specialist to own growth and content strategy for the Cambodian market. You will lead all content creation and creator partnerships, producing high-performing short-form video content (TikToks, Reels, UGC-style ads) designed to drive app adoption and retention. Your responsibilities include building and managing a pipeline of Cambodian creators, running influencer campaigns with top creators and micro-influencers, collaborating with paid marketing teams to optimize content performance, and staying ahead of trending topics on social platforms. You'll work closely with growth, distribution, and product teams in the Paris office, participating in daily brainstorms, testing creative ideas rapidly, and shaping Bump's creative direction in the Cambodian market. Additional responsibilities include writing creative briefs, providing constructive feedback to external creators, and supporting market-specific launches and activations.
The ideal candidate is deeply embedded in Cambodian internet culture, understands what makes content resonate with local audiences, and has a proven track record creating viral short-form content. You should be comfortable with experimentation, testing multiple ideas to identify winners, and maintaining rigor in execution. This is a hands-on role requiring daily in-office presence in Paris with a fast-moving team.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 1–5+ years of experience creating short-form content (brand, agency, influencer, or creator background; portfolio/work quality prioritized over title)
- Demonstrated experience creating content for advertising, particularly user-generated content (UGC) style ads
- Experience managing creators or providing creative feedback that improves content quality
- Deep knowledge of TikTok and Instagram trends, plus familiarity with the Cambodian creator landscape
- Fluent in both Khmer and English
- Prior experience living in Cambodia
- Must be willing to work in-person in Paris
