Veeam is seeking a C# Developer to join the team building Veeam Backup for Hypervisors, a market-leading data resilience and security platform protecting over 550,000 customers worldwide.
In this role, you will contribute to the backend architecture of the hypervisor backup product, focusing on improving platform stability and component design. A key initiative involves streamlining the onboarding process for new hypervisor support, making integrations faster, safer, and more predictable. You will work alongside experienced engineers to continuously enhance how the product is built and scaled.
Responsibilities include:
- Developing business logic for virtualization products (RHV, Nutanix, Proxmox VE, and others)
- Building new product features and maintaining existing functionality
- Contributing to component and architecture development across the platform
- Collaborating with international teams on technical implementation
You will work with C#, .NET 10, Windows/Linux (RedHat, Ubuntu), PostgreSQL, Git, REST APIs, multithreading, and AI tools.

Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in commercial software projects
- Strong knowledge of C# language
- Deep understanding of .NET platform, data structures, and algorithms
- Solid grasp of software design and development principles
- English proficiency sufficient for communication with international teams
Bonus skills:
- Experience developing for virtual infrastructure (VMware vSphere, Microsoft Hyper-V)
- Experience with QEMU/KVM
