In this role, you will join the backend engineering team for Veeam Backup for Hypervisors, helping shape the platform's architecture and component stability. A key focus will be reducing the time and effort required to onboard support for new hypervisors, making integrations faster, safer, and more predictable. You will collaborate closely with experienced engineers and contribute to continuously improving how the product is built and scaled.
You will develop business logic for products in the virtualization field (RHV, Nutanix, Proxmox VE, etc.), develop new products and support existing functionalities, and participate in individual development of components and the overall product architecture.
Technologies you'll work with include C#, .NET 10, Windows/Linux (RedHat, Ubuntu), PostgreSQL, git, REST API, multithreading, and AI tools.

REQUIREMENTS:
- At least 3 years of experience in commercial projects
- Good knowledge of the C# language
- Deep understanding of .NET platform, data structures, and algorithms
- Knowledge of software design and development principles
- English proficiency sufficient to communicate with international teams
BONUS SKILLS:
- Experience in development for virtual infrastructure (VMware vSphere, Microsoft Hyper-V)
- Experience with QEMU/KVM
