Anduril Industries is seeking a Business Systems Infrastructure Coordinator to build and own the technical backbone of the Maneuver Dominance (Air Maneuver) Division's operations. This role sits at the intersection of operations and technical infrastructure, serving as the first technical hire of an eventual team.
You will partner closely with the Division Operations (DivOps) team to identify and resolve gaps in tooling, governance, and information flow. This is not a traditional IT support role—you are a peer builder working alongside the team to develop solutions that scale the division's capabilities.
Key responsibilities include:
- Administering and optimizing the division's core collaboration and business systems stack (Jira, Foundry, TeamCenter, GitHub, Confluence, Quip, and custom dashboards)
- Building, hosting, and maintaining internally developed tools end-to-end, including scripting, API integration, and automation
- Designing and translating engineering and program workflows into clean Jira configurations, custom fields, and automation rules
- Managing user access, role-based permissions, Okta administration, and operational security group management for secured programs
- Auditing systems regularly to maintain data hygiene, archive stale projects, and keep tracking tools aligned with real-time program status
- Creating user guides, documentation, and onboarding materials to enable effective and consistent system usage
- Coordinating with other divisions (Maritime, MDI), corporate technology teams, and security leadership to align on tooling patterns and security posture
You will be based in Costa Mesa, CA, and will build systems designed for handoff to future team members from day one. The role requires comfort with both project management tools and Linux command-line environments, along with hands-on experience in SaaS administration, identity management, and internal tool deployment.
