Anthropic is seeking a Business Systems Analyst to own the systems and process side of new product and pricing launches. This role bridges Product, Pricing, Finance, Sales, and Engineering to ensure every launch works flawlessly across quote-to-cash systems on day one.
You will be the named owner of the New Product Introduction (NPI) process for systems. Starting with early pricing conversations, you'll map out all required changes across Salesforce, billing, tax, contracts, and reporting. You'll design how new pricing models (usage-based, seat-based, tiered, committed, multi-year ramp) flow end-to-end through systems, determine the source of truth for each component, and coordinate implementation across Salesforce developers and Billing Engineering.
Key responsibilities include: building and running a repeatable NPI playbook with intake, readiness checklists, sign-offs, and post-launch reviews; turning pricing decisions into concrete system changes (SKUs, price books, bundles, discount rules, tax codes); designing customer migration strategies (moving to new SKUs, grandfathering, amendments, co-termination); owning product retirement so old SKUs leave the catalog cleanly; coordinating cross-functional sign-offs from Deal Desk, Sales, Finance, Accounting, Tax, and Legal; ensuring seller and Deal Desk readiness on launch day; validating post-launch data integrity across quotes, orders, invoices, and Finance reports; and building declarative Salesforce solutions yourself (Flows, validation rules, approval processes) while writing clear specs for developer-built components.
Anthropicis an AI-first systems team. You'll use Claude as a normal part of design, build, test, and documentation, and identify ways to accelerate launches and increase repeatability with AI—for example, generating catalog changes from pricing specs, checking launch readiness, and testing quote and billing scenarios.
You'll work across three potential office locations (San Francisco, New York, Seattle) in a hybrid arrangement, joining a fast-growing AI safety company launching new products and pricing models frequently.
