Salary: USD 85,000 - 127,000 / annual

Relativity Space is building rockets and automated manufacturing systems to serve commercial and future space exploration needs. The Terrestrial Software team is developing the digital backbone for an automated rocket factory and integrated launch platform, automating workflows from raw material intake through launch operations. As a Business Systems Analyst, you will support and enhance enterprise applications with a focus on ERP/MES systems in a manufacturing environment. You'll work at the intersection of business stakeholders and technical teams to troubleshoot issues, improve system functionality, and drive ongoing system initiatives. Key responsibilities include: - Provide day-to-day support for enterprise applications, including troubleshooting system issues and responding to user inquiries - Partner with business stakeholders to understand issues, gather requirements, and support process improvements - Assist in configuration, testing, and deployment of system enhancements and updates - Analyze system behavior and user feedback to identify trends and recommend improvements - Document processes, known issues, and solutions to support knowledge sharing and scalability - Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Software Engineering, Product, and Operations to resolve issues and support system changes - Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and training efforts for new features or system updates You will work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment where autonomy, ownership, and cross-functional impact are valued. REQUIREMENTS: - Foundational understanding of enterprise systems such as ERP, MES, HRIS, or similar platforms - Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and translate business needs into clear problem statements - Strong communication skills with the ability to work across both technical and non-technical teams - Comfortable navigating ambiguity and balancing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment - Analytical mindset with an interest in improving business processes through technology - Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience NICE TO HAVES: - Exposure to manufacturing, supply chain, or operations environments - Experience supporting or working with ERP/MES or related systems (WMS, PLM, QMS) - Familiarity with system configuration, data analysis, or process documentation - Experience with integrating AI into user support workflows (creating agents, AI-assisted support automation) - Experience participating in system implementations or enhancement projects
