The Growth team is responsible for promoting Fever's business plan across all markets and ensuring partner performance. This role reports directly to the global growth direction and focuses on data-driven decision-making across the organization.
In this position, you will:
- Enhance overall company performance across different business units
- Own full responsibility for decisions taken by the growth team in your business line
- Define and establish new growth strategies to improve key business metrics
- Implement end-to-end solutions and high-impact projects
- Work across 40+ countries and multiple teams in an international environment
- Drive growth initiatives with a focus on the Chinese market and consumer base
You will work in a hybrid setup from Madrid with a central office location, collaborating with a dynamic international team.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 6+ years of experience in analytics and business roles
- Proven experience building trust to lead teams or key projects
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Civil, Industrial, Telecommunications, or Aeronautics) or background in Maths, Statistics, Data Analytics, or Strategy
- Data-driven mindset with ability to bring numbers to strategic and business decisions
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work across disciplines and departments
- Native or bilingual English; professional working proficiency in Mandarin Chinese (spoken and written) strongly preferred
- Prior experience with Chinese consumers (marketing, growth, partnerships exposure to China's digital ecosystem: WeChat, Douyin, Xiaohongshu)
